Last night I finally got around to making Love Veggie sand Yoga’s ‘Averie’s Vegan No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Bars.’ They were very easy to make and I included coconut oil, chia seeds & cinnamon per her suggestions. YUM YUM YUM! Boyfriend grabbed one on his way to work this morning (first week day breakfast in forever) and loved it! Def a do-again!
